A lo largo de este trabajo, se desarrollará una serie de procesos de investigación con el fin de poder abordar el primer movimiento del Concierto para violonchelo, op. 101 de Franz Joseph Haydn desde un criterio históricamente informado, teniendo como resultado final una interpretación historicista. Para ello, se investigarán los conceptos relacionados con este tipo de interpretación para facilitar su comprensión y desarrollo del método de investigación. Durante el desarrollo se expondrá una comparación de las principales ediciones y el manuscrito con el fin de mostrar las alteraciones gráficas. Además, se profundizará en los principales tratados del siglo XVIII para contrastar e investigar las variaciones encontradas en las ediciones y tratar de teorizar las tendencias de los intérpretes en la lectura de las obras de este periodo. El propósito final del proyecto es facilitar un método de investigación que pueda ser aplicado a diversas obras de épocas pasadas y tener una perspectiva más amplia del repertorio objeto de la investigación del instrumento
Throughout this research, several processes will be developed in order to approach the first movement of Franz Joseph Haydn's Cello Concerto, Op. 101 from a historically informed sight and historicist performance as a final result. In order to success, the concepts linked to this kind of interpretation will be investigated to become easier their understanding and development of the research method. In the course of the research, a comparison of the main editions and the manuscript will be presented in order to show the graphic alterations. In addition, it will research the main treatises of the eighteenth century to contrast and investigate the variations found in the editions and try to simulate the tendencies of the musicians in the reading of the works during this period. The purpose of the project is to prepare a research method that can be applied to every piece of early music and to have a wide perspective of this kind of instrument repertoire.
